I accept cases only after reviewing the documents and assessing my availability. It is not always possible to accept cases at short notice.
How to schedule your consultation
Do you need a sound legal assessment regarding termination, rent increases, eviction proceedings or contract drafting?
Here’s how to easily book an appointment for your personalised advice on tenancy law.
1
Enquiry via the contact form
Enter your contact details and outline your enquiry in a few bullet points.
You can upload up to three files (for example, your tenancy agreement, notice of termination or correspondence from the other party). The more structured your details are, the more accurately I can assess your legal situation.
2
Confirmation of receipt and preliminary assessment
Once you have submitted the form, you will receive an automatic confirmation of receipt of your enquiry. I will personally review your enquiry and assess whether and to what extent a consultation would be appropriate. Your information will of course be treated confidentially.
3
Scheduling an individual consultation
I will contact you personally to arrange a consultation appointment. During the initial consultation, you will receive a clear legal assessment of your position as well as a structured overview of possible courses of action. You will usually receive a response within 24 hours.
