I work exclusively in tenancy law and represent both landlords and tenants. A particular focus of my legal practice is advising and representing private landlords on selected tenancy law issues. I provide guidance on topics such as termination, rental defects, security deposits, service charge statements, and cosmetic repairs. The goal is a legally sound and economically sensible solution—out of court when possible, in court when necessary.
