ALEKSANDRA LELEK – SOLICITOR

About Me

I am a solicitor admitted to the bar in Munich and specialise in tenancy law. I place particular emphasis on ensuring that your concerns are thoroughly examined, clearly structured and realistically assessed.
Tenancy law is a particularly sensitive area as housing is central to people’s lives and tenancy agreements often involve significant financial and personal interests for both tenants and landlords. I can assist you in representing these interests objectively and professionally.

My studies in English and German Law at King’s College London and Humboldt University in Berlin, as well as my legal training at the Berlin Court of Appeal – including a placement abroad in London – form the basis of my sound legal expertise. I was admitted to the bar in 2022; I completed the theoretical part of the specialist lawyer examination in tenancy and residential property law in 2024 and am aiming to obtain the title of specialist lawyer (Fachanwalt). To ensure a high standard of advice, I regularly attend training courses and seminars on various topics relating to tenancy law.
